Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:
  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • Once the order is processed and shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
How to Cancel an Order:

  • If eligible, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
  • Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for exchange or refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Personalized, perishable, or hygiene-related items (if applicable).
  • Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless defective).
Return Process:
  • Request a Return: Contact our support team at support@herbstree.in with your order details and reason for return.
  • Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.
  • Quality Check & Refund: After receiving the item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be credited to your bank account after verification.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Replacement & Exchange

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a free replacement.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
